Just Another Day for the Juniors
By Laura Harting
Staff Writer

On Wednesday, April 23, the Junior Class boarded a school bus and took off to take the ACT. Every one was eating the muffins and drinking the orange juice provided by the school, while talking on the bus. When we finally got to the church we took the ACT. The ACT consisted of five tests, which were Math, Reading, English, Science, and Writing. Once the testing was finally over, the juniors ate the wonderful pizza, soda, and cookies for lunch. We then went back to school, got out early, and were ready to take the PSAE on the next day. With the pressure of the ACT finally gone, the juniors took off again to the church to take the PSAE.

The PSAE was shorter than the ACT, because it only consisted of tests in Math, Science, and English. The juniors then ate the wonderful lunch of gondolas and soda. After we were all finished eating lunch, Mr. Heath pulled names and awarded prizes. Some of these prizes were Cold Stone and Creamery, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Walmart gift cards. The best prize of all was an iPod, which was won by Shanna Backus. Thanks again to all the juniors who did their best when testing.
